Bikepacking.net: Website dedicated to mountain bike packing, featuring DIY frame-bags and other bikepacking setups, as well as major routes (generally in the US)

Mountain Bike Project: Crowd-sourced online guidebook

Nutrition

No Meat Athlete: Great site with loads of vegetarian and vegan recipes geared towards athletes
